About the Role:?We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Dispatch & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage complex operational workflows, resolve driver route issues, and help optimize processes to drive efficiency. This is a critical position for someone who excels at problem-solving, leadership, and critical thinking in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage daily dispatch and operations workflows, ensuring timely issue resolution.
* Identify and implement improvements to operational processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
* Resolve escalated issues using data and insights to make informed, strategic decisions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, customer support, and logistics teams to solve complex problems.
* Maintain detailed records of operations, proactively addressing bottlenecks before they become bigger issues.
* Represent the company with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset in all communications.
* Drive continuous improvement by proposing long-term operational solutions based on experience.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively
* 5+ years of experience in dispatch coordination, operations management, or a similar field in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues.
* Advanced technical proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot and improve digital platforms and systems.
* Analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make decisions to improve efficiency.
* Customer-focused with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term improvements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with dispatch software, logistics platforms, or customer service tools.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to drive decision-making.
