Senior Next.js + Nest.js Developer (Remote, Overseas)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Next.js + Nest.js Developer to join our remote team. You’ll work on designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using a modern tech stack. This is a fully remote position, and we’re excited to welcome talented, experienced developers from overseas to contribute to our mission.

- Design and implement front-end features using **Next.js** (React-based framework) with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using **Nest.js** (Node.js framework) with TypeScript.
- Collaborate with the team to architect and deploy applications in a **Dockerized environment** on **AWS**.
- Work with **RDS PostgreSQL** for database design, optimization, and management.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features on time.

Requirements:
- **5+ years of experience** in full-stack web development with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in **Next.js** for building server-rendered React applications.
- Strong proficiency in **Nest.js** for developing scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with **Docker** for containerization and deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with **AWS** services (e.g., EC2, ECS, Lambda) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
- Experience working with **PostgreSQL** (preferably AWS RDS) for relational database management.
- Solid understanding of modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with a global team.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with front-end tools like Tailwind CSS, Redux, or similar.
