JOB OVERVIEW

As a Senior Marketing Specialist focusing on Meta and other paid advertising channels, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns that drive conversions, enhance brand visibility, and expand market share. With your expertise in marketplaces (e.g., Alibaba), e-commerce, or manufacturing, you will craft tailored strategies to engage both B2B and B2C audiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and applying your skills in video editing and graphics creation to deliver compelling, visually engaging ads. You will continuously optimize campaigns for the best return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

High-Conversion Campaign Strategy
Plan and implement paid advertising strategies on Meta platforms, focusing on driving conversions and revenue.
Experience with additional paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) and marketing automation tools.
Leverage insights from marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and manufacturing supply chains to develop effective ad campaigns.

Ad Creation & Optimization
Develop visually engaging ad creatives, utilizing video editing, graphics, and copywriting skills to convert leads into high-value customers.
Conduct A/B testing on creative variations, audience segments, and ad placements to optimize conversion funnels and maximize ROI.

Budget Management & ROAS Maximization
Allocate marketing budgets efficiently across campaigns and platforms to achieve superior ROAS.
Track spend vs. performance to identify scaling opportunities for successful campaigns and cutting underperformers.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Provide data-driven performance reports with actionable recommendations for improving campaign outcomes.

Marketplace & E-commerce Expertise
Apply deep knowledge of B2B and B2C sales funnels, especially for marketplaces and e-commerce sites like Alibaba, to target audiences effectively.
Leverage experience in the manufacturing or industrial sectors to create ads that resonate with technical buyers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product teams, designers, and sales counterparts to ensure seamless alignment of ad strategies with product launches and promotions.
Work with analytics and operations teams to refine attribution models and improve campaign performance.

Trend Analysis & Innovation
Stay up-to-date on Meta’s new features, algorithm changes, and best practices to improve campaign performance.
Experiment with emerging ad formats and technologies (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn) to expand the company’s paid media reach.

Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure adherence to Meta’s advertising policies and industry regulations.
Set up accurate tracking (pixels, conversion events) for precise measurement of ad performance.

Key Qualifications

Experience
4-6 years of hands-on experience creating and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with proven success in delivering high conversion rates.
Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, or manufacturing marketing (e.g., Alibaba, B2B industrial sectors).

Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms.
Strong data interpretation skills to drive quick, effective decisions and optimize CVR and ROAS.

Marketplace & E-commerce Knowledge
Familiarity with B2B/B2C marketplace models, including product listings, supply chain nuances, and buyer behaviors.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and multi-channel sales strategies.

Creative & Technical Skills
Strong video editing and graphic design skills to create visually engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.
Mastery of A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad elements for maximum impact.

Strategic Mindset
Ability to craft multi-channel paid advertising strategies tailored to customer segments and life cycles.
Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and scaling campaigns to achieve growth and revenue targets.
