Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with expertise in
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies across paid and organic media, including
Oversee media buying efforts on platforms such as
Lead and collaborate with creative teams to ensure the development of engaging and conversion-driven marketing assets.
Manage
Identify target audiences and develop strategies to engage and convert them into loyal customers.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and advertising policies to ensure compliance and maximize campaign performance.
Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective ad spend allocation.
Provide reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.
Job Specifications:
At least 3 years of experience leading a team in media buying or digital marketing.
Experience in
Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPGs) is preferred.
Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns across
Strong understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing strategies focused on driving ROI.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
Experience in influencer marketing or social media content strategy is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a strategic vision.
