ABOUT US
We are a US-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering innovative IT & Cybersecurity solutions. We’re seeking an IT Generalist who can handle just about any ticket that comes in—quickly, efficiently, and with top-notch communication. Our clients should want to work with you every time because you’re not only fast, but you also explain things clearly, keep them informed, and make their lives easier.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent client support
- Work on support requests coming in from the phone, chat, and tickets
- Make our clients feel understood and valued
- Quickly solving client support requests
- Solve client's problems once and for all
- Supporting workstations, servers, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure ID, Intune, Desktop Apps & Cloud Apps, Wi-Fi, and some firewall support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of MSP experience and 6 years in the IT field.
- Expertise in MSP ticketing systems and RMM tools (Superops is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of Azure AD, Entra ID, and Active Directory, with proven experience in supporting these environments.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adept at managing clients and tickets under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate effectively.
