JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Hybrid Support Agent to join our growing team. This role combines customer support and sales, with a focus on assisting customers via phone and email, while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Manage sales calls, upsell products, and assist in converting inquiries into sales.
Follow up on calls and sales inquiries via email to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and empathetically while maintaining a positive brand image.
Experience using Shopify for customer support and sales management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a hybrid sales and support capacity.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Re:amaze) and Shopify is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving processes.
A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
