Responsibilities: 
Create various web and print assets (i.e. web graphics, ads, social media graphics, ebooks, product inserts, product packaging, catalogs, and interactive PDFs).
Come up with your own design ideas and work well within a team.
Execute consistent designs aligned with existing style guides.
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
Work closely with marketing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, video editors, and other designers in the creation and development of campaigns.
Execute multiple projects at one time and work efficiently under fast-paced deadlines.
Lead and oversee projects.
Review other designers’ work to ensure high quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.


Skills Required:

At least 5+ years of graphic design experience (strong Adobe Creative Suite skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills).
Strong portfolio of completed design projects.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Self-starter.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable designing in a wide range of formats, i.e. social media, print, web.
Update existing designs and artwork as needed or requested by the team lead.
Proactively identify potential problems and offer solutions to keep projects on track.
Assist with quality assurance of banners before launch.

Key Qualifications:

The position is remote. Applicants must be self-motivated with reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and a genuine desire to continuously learn and grow.
Hours are flexible, but employees must be available to work from 9 AM–6 PM EDT, U.S. weekdays.

Bonus Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field


Salary: Php46,000-Php70,000 or $800-$1250/month, hourly pay, negotiable, depending on skills and experience, with the opportunity to grow rapidly.
