Senior Graphic Designer

As our senior designer, you’ll play a key role crafting compelling visuals that bring our brand to life.
This isn’t your typical client-facing design role. You’ll focus exclusively on designing for Counterpart’s marketing needs, collaborating closely with our founder, president, and marketing manager in a small, highly productive team. We’re a close-knit group that thrives on creativity, clear communication, and teamwork. Following is the official job description. Does this sound like you?

Summary
Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and execute design solutions that help market Counterpart effectively. You’ll work on a variety of digital and print projects, including:
• Web page design and updates.
• Graphics for social media, email campaigns, and blog posts.
• Presentations, eBooks, and marketing materials.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the way our brand is seen by potential clients.

Job duties and responsibilities
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to understand project goals and deliver effective designs.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution.
• Create on-brand graphics for social media, email, web, and print.
• Develop UX-friendly web designs and collaborate with developers to bring them to life.
• Keep up with design trends to ensure Counterpart’s marketing materials stay fresh and innovative.
• Manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Work from the Philippines during 9 AM - 5 PM central time alongside our U.S.-based team.

Work experience
5 years of professional graphic design experience working in a wide range of media, but primarily digital

Required skills or competencies
• Native to Apple OS
• Advanced in Adobe CS
• Experienced in email, social, and other digital media
• Especially experienced in web design/UX
• Proficient in WordPress and/or Squarespace
• Competent in PowerPoint
• Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively while working remotely
