Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and experience in creating online graphics, media kits, t-shirt and merchandise designs, logos, photo editing, booth graphics, email newsletters, and sales materials. Video editing skills would be an added bonus but are not required. This full-time role will play a crucial part in maintaining and elevating the visual identity of our brand across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and create online graphics for websites, ads, social media, and digital publications
- Develop and update media kits, sales decks, and other marketing collateral
- Design t-shirts, merchandise, and build logos for various brand initiatives
- Perform photo editing and retouching for digital projects
- Design booth graphics and banners for trade shows and events
- Event graphics and visual assets, including signage, promotional materials, schedule, etc.
- Create visually engaging email newsletters, ensuring responsive design for various devices
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, editorial, and sales teams to develop creative assets
- Optional: Edit videos for campaigns and content production (a plus, not required)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within media or publishing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Expertise in designing t-shirts, merchandise, and building logos
- Experience in photo editing and retouching
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience designing for email marketing platforms is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a remote team
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) are a plus but not required

Weekly Meeting & Reporting Requirements

Monday weekly kick-off meeting to discuss projects / tasks for the week.
Daily check-ins via slack with progress updates and tasks for the day, plus a progress report at the end of the day.
Mid-week and end of week meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and deliverable updates.

Tools & Resources

Asana: For task management and project tracking.
Adobe Creative Suite: For design creation (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Slack: For real-time communication and quick feedback loops.
Google Drive: For file sharing and asset management.
Figma / Canva (Optional): For visual task boards and concept sharing.
