Job Description
We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer with deep expertise in React and Laravel. As a Senior Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performing web applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for building exceptional user experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React (front-end) and Laravel (back-end).
- Architect and implement robust APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Optimize performance for both the front-end and back-end to deliver fast, scalable, and responsive applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, implement, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold code quality standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks, and recommend improvements to enhance development processes.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on React and Laravel.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React (including hooks, context, and state management libraries like Redux).
- Deep understanding of Laravel, including Eloquent ORM, middleware, and RESTful API development.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PHP, PostgreSQL) and database optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative workflows.
- Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
- Experience with testing frameworks for both front-end (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and back-end (e.g., PHPUnit).
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.
- Time Zone: Availability to overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST) for key meetings and collaboration.
