The Role:
- Senior Full Stack Developer
- PHP 80,000/month
- Fully remote work-from-home arrangement
- Working Hours 11 AM to 7 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. or 9 AM to 5 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. It is flexible.

Tech Stack:
- Backend: Python with FastAPI - building high-performance, async APIs
- Frontend: React with sophisticated state management
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Cloud: Render
- AI Integration: OpenAI
- Core Integrations: Microsoft Graph API, Xero, Stripe Connect Express

Key Responsibilities:
- Build robust, high-performance APIs using FastAPI
- Develop core features for our scope detection and engagement management system
- Implement secure email processing and analysis pipelines
- Create intuitive interfaces for engagement and client management
- Write clean, maintainable code following our engineering principles
- Contribute to our pattern detection and machine learning capabilities

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, and async programming
- Proficient in TypeScript and React development
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and PostgreSQL
- Experience with secure API integrations
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
- Ability to tackle complex problems with elegant solutions

Nice to Have:
- Experience with accounting software or practice management tools
- Background in AI/ML integrations (especially OpenAI)
- B2B SaaS product experience
