Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location & Work Schedule: Permanent Remote; Mondays thru Fridays: 3 PM - 12 AM PH Time
Reporting To: CEO of ArchIntel Corporation and Director of Marketing

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in WordPress and PHP to lead the development and optimization of our web platforms. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing our digital presence while ensuring the seamless integration of IT initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a technically proficient leader with a passion for building dynamic, user-friendly, and high-performing applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work with cross-functional teams across time zones to align development efforts with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Development Leadership:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using PHP, WordPress, and other front-end and back-end technologies.
Customize and maintain WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific business needs.
Build and optimize websites, ensuring exceptional user experiences and adherence to SEO best practices.
Implement and maintain APIs to enhance website functionality and data integrations.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Act as a technical resource for resolving complex challenges and sharing best practices.
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of IT and web projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project requirements, milestones, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Regularly monitor project progress and suggest improvements where necessary.
Innovation and Optimization:
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in PHP, WordPress, and web development.
Conduct audits of IT systems and websites, identifying and implementing optimization strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to align web and IT initiatives with overall business goals.
Contribute to the development of strategic IT plans and digital roadmaps.
Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to web and IT operations.
Coordination and Communication:
Maintain clear communication with team members across different time zones, ensuring proper coordination and task delegation.
Present regular updates on project statuses, performance metrics, and budget utilization to senior leadership.
Translate technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in WordPress and PHP.
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js.
Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL) and cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
Familiarity with SEO strategies and their implementation in WordPress.
Hands-on experience with API integrations and custom plugin development.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Skills:
Experience with IT audits and optimization strategies.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
