Senior Front End Flutter Developer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Front-End Developer with a strong technical foundation in Dart, Firebase, IOS, and React Native. Key Responsibilities:

Lead mobile app development initiatives using Flutter and React Native.
Integrate Firebase services for real-time data handling, cloud storage, and authentication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Maintain and expand the current mobile app architecture, ensuring clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming sessions.
Work in an Agile environment and attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings on US West Coast time.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, particularly in mobile app development, ensuring best practices are applied.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in mobile application development with a focus on Flutter and React Native.
Proficiency in Firebase, including Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Push Notifications.
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and API integrations.
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, compliance, and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Experience in a healthcare app development environment is an advantage.
