Typical Tasks & Responsibilities
• Book-Keeping
• Posting and allocating Invoices (Xero)
• Debtors & Revenue tracker updates
• Posting journals for crypto reconciliations with gain/loss adjustments
• Experience dealing with multiple currencies
• Understanding of crypto assets & revaluations
• Reconciliation of Crypto & Fiat Accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliation including inter-company balances
• Experience with Accrued income & Accrued expenses
• Updating/Loading/Processing large data into Gsheets/Excel Files
• Gsheets/excel – Advanced Proficiency (Formulas, Other Functions etc.)
• Monthly Cost Break-down & Revenue Analysis
• Assist in EU VAT report preparation

Essential Requirements
• 8 yrs + practical experience in Accounting & Finance
• Fully Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with min 3 yrs PQE
• Excellent English language (written and spoken)
• Experience and knowledge working for a UK and/or EU based company
• Cryptocurrency hands-on Experience
• Work during UK time 9am to 5 pm
