Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant

Compensation:
- Starting salary: $1,000 / 58,000~
- Salary review every 6 months
- Performance-based bonuses throughout each quarter

Benefits:
- Fully remote position
- Time off during major holidays
- Weekends completely off

Work Environment:
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PH time
- High degree of independence

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sponsorship packages
- Create and update media kits
- Proactively research and reach out to brands that align with our channel’s ethos
- Advocate for our needs and establish firm boundaries with partners
- Oversee and update the website
- Manage merchandise operations
- Assist the CEO with additional tasks as needed
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive support as an executive assistant

Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, sponsorships, or related field

Work hours: 9am-5pm Philippines time Monday - Friday
