Who we want:
You will be responsible for the management of the Kentico website development team. A group of hands-on front-end and back-end software developers who are responsible for the implementation of our client’s websites.
The development team is using the following technologies: C#, Web API, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Tailwind CSS, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, Vue.js
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, System Architects, UI/UX, and Customer Success teams to manage daily activities of the software developers
- Build and maintain Kentico CMS-based solutions
- Develop integrations with external services and systems
- Analyze business requirements, provide estimates, and demonstrate applications to business users
Minimum qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing full stack development teams, specifically for large ecommerce applications
- Extensive experience with traditional and headless CMS (Kentico, Sitecore, Umbraco, Sitefinity, Contentstack)
- Proficiency
- Strong knowledge of modern front-end technologies like Vue.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
- Expertise in the application development lifecycle, including development, deployment, testing, and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Kentico CMS developer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining Kentico-based applications
- Experience migrating to the latest Kentico version and
- Strong understanding of Source Control (Git) and best practices
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
