Introduction:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in drop shipping, with a strong foothold in the European market and ambitious plans to expand into the USA. To drive growth and maximize performance, we are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to join our team full-time. This role is vital in optimizing our sales funnels, testing offers, and improving the overall customer journey to achieve more conversions and grow sales.
We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to join our team full-time. This is a pivotal role where you will take charge of crafting strategies, analyzing data, and leading our funnel-building team to drive measurable improvements in performance. Your work will directly impact key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and AOV, making you a key contributor to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Testing:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for the initial testing phase of funnels and implement split tests for ongoing optimization.
- Test and analyze different strategies to identify the most effective methods for driving conversions and increasing revenue (offers/pricing/designs etc.)
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the funnel-building team, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of sales funnels on Funnelish or similar tools.
- Train the funnel-building team and creative staff on CRO best practices and strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Creative Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are aligned with funnel designs and marketing angles.
- Provide feedback and insights to adjust creatives based on funnel performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze customer behavior and performance data using tools like Funnelish Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and heatmaps to identify friction points and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed weekly/monthly reports on key metrics
- Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights and test results.
Funnel and UX Optimization:
- Optimize landing pages for better user experience (UX) and higher conversion rates by addressing design, speed, and clarity.
- Identify and eliminate customer journey friction points.
Checkout Process and Retention Optimization:
- Implement post-purchase upsell and cross-sell strategies to drive higher Average Order Value (AOV).

Competitor and Market Analysis:
- Regularly analyze competitors’ pricing, offers, and funnel strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization within an e-commerce or drop shipping environment for 2+ years
- Strong understanding of funnel-building platforms (e.g., Funnelish, ClickFunnels) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies.
- Experience in testing offers, pricing models, and A/B testing for digital funnels.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
Compensation & Growth:
- Base salary of $1,500/month.
