ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Brand Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and delivering high-quality creative solutions across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for executing visual identity projects, developing compelling packaging designs, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print media.
We are looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring big ideas to life, enhance brand storytelling, and push the boundaries of modern design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Identity & Design Execution
Lead the execution of visual identity projects, ensuring high-quality design standards.
Develop brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Conceptualize and design logos, color palettes, typography, and layout systems.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
2. Packaging Design & Print Media
Design and develop innovative packaging solutions that align with brand objectives.
Oversee print production processes, ensuring accuracy in materials, color, and layout.
Partner with vendors, printers, and manufacturers to source, test, and execute packaging solutions.
Develop mock-ups and prototypes to visualize and present concepts to stakeholders.
3. Creative & Digital Asset Development
Create high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
Refine images, fonts, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other industry-standard tools.
Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance digital experiences.
4. Collaboration & Leadership
Present and articulate design strategies and concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative projects to life.
Effectively manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1. Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Proven experience in branding, packaging design, and print production.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
Experience in layout design, editorial design, and typography.
Knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and dielines.
Ability to create presentation decks and mood boards to communicate ideas visually.
