Key Responsibilities
PPC Strategy & Execution

Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for our 17 SKUs.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and strategic targeting to uncover growth opportunities.
Weekly Performance Monitoring

Track KPIs such as ACoS, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS at least once a week.
Adjust bids, allocate budgets, and apply negative keywords to maintain a healthy ACoS.
Monthly Deep Dives & Reporting

Perform comprehensive monthly audits to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization strategies.
Present clear, concise reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
Growth & Expansion

Proactively suggest new campaign types, keyword sets, or brand-defense strategies.
Prepare plans for promotional events (Prime Day, holiday sales, etc.) to capture more traffic and revenue.
Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with the team via email/Slack; participate in brief video calls to discuss strategies and results.
Provide updates on any significant changes in Amazon Advertising policies or platform features.

Qualifications
3+ years of dedicated experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (with verifiable successes—please share metrics if possible).
Expert understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including advanced campaign settings and bulk operations.
Proficiency in keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) and strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
Demonstrated track record of optimizing campaigns to reduce ACoS and improve ROAS.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing 15-20 hours per week with minimal supervision.

Why Join Us
Competitive Pay: $700–$1,200/month for a part-time role (15-20 hrs/week), plus performance-based incentives.
Flexible Schedule: Design your own working hours, provided KPIs and deadlines are met.
Impactful Role: You’ll have real autonomy to implement strategies that directly boost our bottom line.
