What we're looking for:
We are looking for a talented Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role merges the power of artificial intelligence with the precision of data analysis to create transformative solutions for our platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our business valuation tools, matchmaking capabilities, and overall user experience, leveraging data-driven insights to solve real-world challenges in the business acquisition space.

Responsibilities :
AI Development: Design and implement AI models to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our business valuation tools and matchmaking systems.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive platform innovation and improve user outcomes.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the Openfair platform.
Optimization: Continuously test, refine, and optimize AI models to ensure peak performance and alignment with business objectives.
Communication: Present complex data findings in clear, actionable formats for stakeholders and team members.
Innovation: Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, applying cutting-edge techniques to drive Openfair’s growth.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data analysis, preferably within tech or financial services.
Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with expertise in AI libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Data Expertise: Proficiency in data modeling, visualization, and statistical analysis.
Problem-Solving: Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Communication: Strong ability to explain technical concepts and data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
