I'm a CRE broker focused on multi-family investment sales, and our Commercial Real Estate VA will primarily report to me. We will onboard the accepted candidate on a part-time basis with approximately 20 hours per week. However, the position is for a long-term assignment and may convert into a full-time role. The following are the main tasks this role will entail.
- Manage GoHighLevel CRM: create touch points and workflows to convert leads into clients.
- Marketing: Create engaging prospecting outreach campaigns with copy relevant to Commercial Real Estate.
- Social Media Manager: Story brand content creation expert for LinkedIn, FB, and YouTube platforms.
- Data entry and data compilation: Create organized lists of contacts for our database and compile market analysis reports from data available on 3rd party sites—input data for Skyslope files on CRE transactions.
- AI proficiency: The candidate must know the current AI tools and be willing to learn new ones. They must also be seeking innovative ways to enhance efficiency through AI. (Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc)
To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year
experience in the following:
Go High-Level CRM
Real Estate lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Social Media - story brand content creation and marketing strategies. LinkedIn experience is preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy in your tasks.
If you have experience in cold calling lead generation, it's a plus but not required.
