Seeking a Virtual Assistant Specializing in eCommerce

Are you an experienced Virtual Assistant with a passion for eCommerce? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help manage our accounts across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Wayfair, and Facebook Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor account health and voice of customer
Track and manage removed and unpublished listings
Keep an eye on competition price changes and new competition
Develop projections for replenishment needs
Analyze and monitor keyword ranking
List and optimize products on Wayfair, TikTok, and Facebook
Create engaging Amazon posts
Reach out to influencers for collaborations

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Wayfair, Facebook Marketplace)
Strong analytical skills for keyword ranking and competition analysis
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to create compelling product listings and posts
Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration
Proactive and able to work independently
