Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a passion for real estate and who will take the lead on our marketing and social media and a proven track record in social media management, content creation, and marketing material development. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and highly organized, with strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, and project management platforms like Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for real estate projects.
-Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Create engaging marketing content including ads, social posts, videos, and email campaigns.
-Design eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets using Canva and Photoshop.
-Collaborate closely with the sales and management teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
-Utilize Monday.com to manage and streamline marketing tasks, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to drive relevant marketing efforts.
-Think three steps ahead, anticipating potential challenges and proactively addressing marketing needs.
-Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize campaign success.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in marketing, specifically in the real estate industry.
-Expertise in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for content creation and graphic design.
-Strong background in social media management and content generation.
-Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
-Creative mindset with a passion for design and branding.
-Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Highly proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
-Preferred Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
-Experience with other design and marketing platforms is a plus.
