Are you a Google Ads, GTM, GA4, and Looker Studio master that's also used the Invoca platform? If so, please read on!

We are a well-established and rapidly growing company in the digital marketing and pet industry sector, seeking a highly skilled specialist in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager with experience in Invoca (or a similar platform) for a temporary role assisting us with a very profitable Google Ads campaign. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team focused on campaign optimization and data-driven marketing strategies.

Location: Remote (US East Coast Time)
Job Type: Spot Contract (10-20 hours per week) that fall within the standard work day in US East Coast time. This position has the potential to become permanent part-time or full-time depending upon performance, reliability, and skills -- we want successful people to be rewarded for their hard work.

Key Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

**Note: these skills are non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you are not familiar with all of the tools below **
• Google Ads Expertise: At least 5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, Performance Max (Pmax), and all ad types.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager: 5 years of experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4, including data layer implementation and server-side tracking.
• Experience using Invoca for tracking calls
• Creating user defined variables in GTM and tracking them as events or key events in GA4 and Looker
• Crafting reports in GA4 for showing clicks, conversions, and actions by click ID (gclid, gbraid, wbraid)
• Tracking user behavior on our Google Ads landing pages (using GTM), including button clicks, calls, form submits, and interacting with specific elements.
• Event Tracking: Proficient in setting up and tracking events in GA4 to measure user interactions and campaign effectiveness.
• Audience Management: Experience with creating and managing lookalike and exclusion audiences for targeted advertising.

Looker reports needed:
• Conversions by gclid/gbraid/wbraid, by conversion action, and date/time
• Revenue generated by keywords and ad groups

Would be nice:
• Third-Party Tag Management: Skilled in managing third-party tags and integrating them with GTM.
• Cookie and CMP Management: Knowledge of cookie management and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) for compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Keyword Research: Expertise in conducting keyword research to inform campaign strategy and improve targeting.



Responsibilities:

• Create new campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, extensions, and other Google Ads measurement metrics for leads, calls, and offline conversions
• Create and manage GA4 events, key events, and other dimensions
• Create reports that track critical key events in GA4 or Looker, including gclid, conversion amounts, spend and revenue on keywords, etc
• Create tags, triggers, and variables in GTM
• Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns across various ad types, optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Implement and manage Google Tag Manager containers, data layers, and server-side tracking.
• Optimize conversion actions and manage third-party tags within GTM.
• Conduct keyword research to inform and improve campaign targeting.
• Track and analyze events in GA4, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Create and manage lookalike and exclusion audiences to enhance targeting and reach.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvements.

Compensation:

• Pay will be dependent upon experience, but at least $8 per hour
