The Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns for our clients. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional results, maintaining consistent performance, and helping us meet our guarantee of at least one booked client or 10 event tours per month for every account.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify and target high-intent audiences in the event hall and venue niche.
-Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple clients.
-Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics, including Quality Score, CTR, conversions, and CPA.
-Perform daily account checks to identify and resolve issues, adjust bids, and optimize budgets.
-Implement remarketing strategies and build custom audience segments tailored to client goals.
-Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on landing pages and improve ad relevance for better Quality Scores.
-Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
-Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and platform updates to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements:
-Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in lead generation or event-related industries.
-Strong understanding of keywords, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ROI optimization.
-Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setup, and troubleshooting.
-Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Solid communication skills and fluency in English.
-A commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
