Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Leadership – Oversee the management of our CRM system, ensuring all functionalities are fully leveraged and accountable.
Team Training & Development – Conduct comprehensive training sessions for all tea
Strategic Implementation & Oversight – Develop, implement, and refine CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
Performance Analysis – Monitor CRM system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
Community Engagement – Serve as a bridge to the Filipino community, ensuring that our CRM strategies resonate with and effectively engage this key demographic.
What We Require:
Experience with REI BlackBook: Prior knowledge of REI BlackBook is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
Proven CRM Expertise: Extensive experience in CRM system management, preferably in a leadership role.
Training Skills: Strong ability to develop and deliver effective training programs on CRM tools and strategies.
Community Connection: A genuine appreciation for and engagement with the Filipino community.
Strategic Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to improve system processes and user engagement.
