Seeking Experienced Growth & Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive leader to oversee our platform’s growth and operations. This role requires someone who can take full ownership, drive results, and lead without constant direction.

We operate a platform that helps users consolidate and share all their important links in one place, similar to Linktree and Grab All My Links. As we continue to expand, we need a strategic thinker and problem-solver to drive growth, streamline operations, and ensure an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Marketing:

Develop and execute strategies to increase platform users and engagement.
Lead marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Identify and secure partnerships to expand our reach.
Operations & Customer Success:

Ensure smooth platform functionality and improve user experience.
Manage customer inquiries efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
Optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Leadership & Strategy:

Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
Report progress to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Take full responsibility for driving success with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role (Founder, CEO, Head of Operations, or senior marketing/operations position).
Background in tech or SaaS is highly preferred; experience in Big Tech (Google, Meta, etc.) is a plus.
Strong marketing expertise with a track record of successful campaigns.
Analytical mindset and ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and lead by example.
