JOB OVERVIEW

Our e-commerce company is hiring! We are looking for a part time Customer Support representative to join our team, someone with a thorough understanding of Shopify and drop shipping business models. You will make sure that our customers get the best support regarding their concerns about our products and shipments.

What does a Customer Support representative do?
A Customer Support Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company. Your duties include answering emails from customers, helping customers order and return products and collecting feedback about and improving the procedures and shipping methods from our suppliers and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.


Responsibilities and Duties
? Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
? Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
? Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
? Escalating disputes and concerns in an effective manner
? Troubleshooting common issues with a product or shipment to the supplier

Qualifications and Skills
? Service-oriented. Service is your genuine interest and you love serving people.
? Technically savvy. You know how to navigate through Shopify and email ticketing systems
? Problem-solving skills. Every problem has a solution, left or right you know how to resolve the problems.
? Multitasking and organizational skills. You are able to work with different tools at the same time and can plan ahead.
? Attentiveness and patience. You notice immediately if something suspicious or bad for the company reputation occurs.
? Ability to find the positive in any situation. Dealing with customers can be tough. You are immortal to negativity and can see the bright side.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communication skills in this position are key.

Customer Support experience requirements
Preferably you have a couple of years experience in this field, and have experience in managing several teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in the customer support team. You know how to organize and structure the department, and know how to motivate and elevate your teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Salary Expectations
You will start as Trainee Support Representative, where you will be working on the side of the company owner, 3 hrs per day with compensation of 7$/hr.
We always start with a one-month trial with a contract via UpWork, to ensure safety for both parties. After that, we'll have an evaluation to see if both parties would like to proceed to work together. If yes, you will be promoted to Junior Customer Support Representative with an increased compensation to 8$/hr.
If you are the right fit, you can grow to Management level with increased compensation
