We are looking for a skilled and versatile Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Associate/Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing digital marketing initiatives, enhancing content strategy, and supporting various web, SEO, and social media efforts. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure our digital presence is impactful, efficient, and engaging.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:
Post completed content to blogs and prepare drafts for review.
Draft product description pages (PDP) based on finished content.
Collaborate on email content layout and manage unique codes with tracked UTM parameters.
Reporting & Budgeting:
Handle manual weekly/monthly reporting tasks, with knowledge of Looker Studio being a plus.
Review and reconcile marketing expenses and credit card charges against the budget, ensuring receipts are saved.
SEO Optimization:
Run Screaming Frog to monitor and resolve website technical issues.
Maintain an up-to-date list of competitor links and add products to Prisync with competitor comparisons.
Support efforts to enhance shopping content and analyze search console/GA4 data.

Website Support:
Assist in creating asset images and uploading drafts.
Quality-check uploaded content and schedule releases.
Develop cross-linking strategies for blogs and related product pages.
Help implement winning web features and improve UI/UX based on web test results.
Enhance images for web use, including size, quality, and normalization.
Social Media Management:
Post finalized content using tools like Social Pilot.
Create assets from blogs for social media and design images via Canva or similar tools.
Administrative Tasks:
Conduct quality checks on catalog pricing.
Support email marketing efforts using Klaviyo.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or virtual assistant (VA) role in a related field (required).
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a related role (preferred).
Basic knowledge of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Google Analytics GA4, Search Console).
Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Social Pilot).
Proficiency in Canva or other design tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Klaviyo and Prisync is a plus.
