Script Writer for YouTube Channel

Looking for a script writer for my personal development/self help/mindset channel

Must be able to follow a script format closely
2000 word scripts
3 Scripts per week
Must be able to link sources to significant pieces of information

Turn around time of 48 at most hours per script.
