Script Writer for Instagram

We are looking for a Script Writer for Instagram Reels to support our Content Team by researching and drafting script ideas.
This is an entry-level, full-time position at a financial education company focused on personal finance management and independent investing. We are seeking a long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infomber; this role is not suitable for those looking for a side gig.


RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research trending Reels from a given competitors' list, transcribe and adjust them following our style of content
- Propose up to 50 draft reels scripts per week for the Content Team to select and refine
- Propose 10 new hooks per week from our industry and others to enhance the viral potential of the reels
- Support and work closely with our content manager


WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
- Base salary of $100/month plus $2 for each valid script written (meaning they follow our guidelines of topic and structure). Writing 10 valid scripts per day Monday to Friday can increase your compensation up to an extra +$20 per day or +$500 per month.

REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for Social Media: You enjoy using social media and can dedicate hours to researching reels, identifying the latest trends
- Trend Analysis: Understanding of social media trends and the ability to analyze what makes a reel go viral.
- Productivity: Capable of selecting, transcribing and optimizing up to 10 reels per day.
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to produce clear and structured drafts following our guidelines.
- Fluency in English: Since the reels are in English, a strong command of the language is essential, including spoken english to communicate effectively with the team in the weekly meetings.
- Proactive Communication: Regular collaboration with the content manager and openness to feedback.
- Central European Timezone Compatibility: Ability to work within this timezone.
- Exclusivity: You must NOT have a job at another company.
