Salesforce Expert

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Expert to join our team. As a Salesforce Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to drive sales efficiency and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Design and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement Salesforce automation workflows, triggers, and processes.
Configure and maintain Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Perform data migrations, integrations, and system updates as needed.
Conduct regular system audits, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support.
Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Provide training and documentation to users on Salesforce functionalities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionalities and capabilities.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are highly desired.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming is a plus.
