Salesforce Administrator (On-Site Cebu Business Park)

Rate: $10/hr, and earn 100,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, and two 15-minute breaks



About the role:
Make doing the optimal thing the convenient thing for all customer facing teams by building, delivering, and managing Salesforce including profile apps, page layouts, custom objects, workflows, integrations, and user management, alongside all of our sales support tools and their integrations to Salesforce (people.ai, zoominfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Subskribe)

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows
- Build and manage integrations into the products of other clients facing teams
- Create and manage user licenses and organizational structure
- Optimize page layouts and profile apps for user experience and role execution
- Ensure most relevant data is at the fingertips of customer facing teams
- Ensure data entry is limited, automated, or incredibly convenient for all client facing and financial teams
- Ensure that Salesforce operates as the business's single source of truth on all customer data
- Being part of the procurement process for ancillary sales products, and managing the relationships with our sales stack vendors
- Manage and support tactical asks, including basic reporting, layout hygiene and license assignments

Qualifications:
- Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification Required
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification Preferred
