Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential leads using various platforms (CRM, LinkedIn, industry directories, etc.).
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Use outbound marketing techniques, including
Cold Calling:
Make outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce the company’s products or services.
Engage in persuasive conversations, overcoming objections and securing interest.
Track and report call results, including number of calls, appointments set, and lead conversion.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales executives.
Confirm appointments, ensuring both parties are prepared for discussions.
Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments or reschedule if necessary.
Qualify leads based on company criteria (budget, authority, need, timing - BANT or similar models).
Disqualify leads that are not a fit for the business.
Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to speak confidently and persuasively over the phone.
Persistence & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Organization: Manage multiple leads and appointments effectively.
