Plus 5% Salary increase after 3 months

Salary paid every 17th and 2nd of the month

Description/Information:

Canadian food delivery company requires an experienced customer service rep with a background in sales. Neutral (US/NA) accent is required.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and providing information about our storage services
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Booking leads and scheduling appointments for potential clients
- Nurturing leads, negotiating, and closing deals

Minimum Requirements:
*US Customer service and Sales experience
*Decent computer or laptop
*Stable Internet
*English communication skills, both verbal and written
*Headset for calls - Any decent quality, noise-canceling headset (Ex. Plantronics, Jabra, etc)
*Punctual and Responsive
*Needs to follow an NDA strictly

*BPO and WFH Experience
*Knowledge of how to use apps like Slack, Zoom, and any dialers
*A Quiet environment
