Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and prospect new clients through cold calls,
-Conduct research to understand clients' needs and present customized solutions that align with our services.
-Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to showcase our VA services.
-Follow up on leads, maintain an organized pipeline, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
-Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management.
-Maintain a strong understanding of our services and the value they provide to clients.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the outsourcing or VA industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
