Key Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager, you will:
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales representatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and company revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Lead by example in generating leads, building relationships, and closing high-value deals.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our services align with their goals.
• Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client presentations.
• Collaboration Across Teams:
• Partner with the marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform service offerings and strategy.
