JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a early stage but growing company, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. To expand our reach and improve client engagement, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, and Warm Leads Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Follow up on warm leads sourced through various channels, nurturing relationships to drive conversions.
Utilize HubSpot and Apollo to manage client data, track interactions, and optimize lead-generation efforts.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the sales team.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when engaging with prospective clients.
Provide regular reports and insights on lead-generation performance to the management team.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cold caller, appointment setter, or in a similar sales role.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Apollo for lead tracking and outreach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with Construction is a plus but not required.
