Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth for our platform. The role includes creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and site participation. Responsibilities include email marketing, database marketing, CRM management, lead nurturing, content development, and site management.

The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing, event marketing, and content development. They should also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a dynamic PH- and US-based marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

- Help develop and execute marketing campaigns to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
- Maintain marketing databases to support these marketing campaigns.
- Identify and target potential customers, including food and beverage brands, beauty and personal care companies, and other industries requiring co-packing solutions.
- Provide customer service by fielding email inquiries, questions, and support requests.
- Work with the programming and technical teams when needed.
- Conduct online introduction and training programs for new system users and existing users as new features are added to the platform.

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Implement targeted digital marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Lead and execute marketing projects that deliver measurable and meaningful results.
- Conduct market research and survey users to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and website updates to enhance brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Manage and update the company’s databases to ensure accurate and efficient lead tracking.
- Assist in customer success management by ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Hands-on experience leading a marketing project from planning to execution, with measurable success.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B online sales and digital marketing strategies.
- Must be articulate and able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willing to learn new tools to improve efficiency in the role.
- A team player who takes initiative and is a self-starter.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to focus on both short-term and long-term objectives.
- A problem solver, capable of overcoming challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media marketing.
