As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our virtual team.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to help drive business growth, manage our sales pipeline, and create effective marketing strategies. In this remote role, you'll work closely with our team to create and implement strategies to increase leads, expand brand visibility, and convert prospects into loyal customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, results-driven professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Oversee social media platforms and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Create content for online marketing (email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, etc.).
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the management team.
- Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) and follow-up processes.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or home services industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO).
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with content creation and social media management is a plus.
