What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a talented Freelance Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing team. Your work will focus on LinkedIn management, email marketing, lead generation, and other sales-related tasks to help us grow our business. This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
• Optimize and manage our LinkedIn company page.
• Create and schedule engaging posts weekly
• Build and maintain a targeted connection list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Research and engage with industry-related groups, posts, and hashtags.
• Write personalized messages to prospects to generate leads.
• Actively work on lead generation through LinkedIn, Apollo, and other platforms.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to create compelling email marketing content and copy.
• Use Mailchimp to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Design and send newsletters, promotional emails, and follow-up sequences.
• Analyze LinkedIn, Apollo, and Mailchimp analytics to track growth, engagement, and campaign success.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks related to sales and marketing as needed.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn for businesses (portfolio preferred).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo (required).
• Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to create compelling email copy and content.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• A creative eye for crafting compelling posts and email designs.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Work Hours & Benefits:
• Part-time: 20–30 hours per week.
• Flexible work hours between 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Singapore Time (SGT).
• Competitive pay (negotiable based on experience).
