We are a growing SaaS company specializing in customer engagement solutions. Our platform offers features such as live chat, AI chatbots, messaging, IVR solutions, and CRM integration, empowering businesses to connect with their customers effectively.
We are looking for a Sales and Customer Success Specialist with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and a technical background. This role requires confidence in engaging prospects and customers, including making calls, setting up and managing follow-up sequences in Dynamics, and supporting the sales lead by organizing tasks and prioritizing opportunities.
This position is important for nurturing leads, supporting upsell opportunities with existing clients, and streamlining sales efforts by providing organizational and operational support to the sales lead.
Responsibilities
• Lead Engagement & Nurturing: Respond promptly to inbound leads and proactively engage outbound prospects through calls,
• Follow-Up Sequences: Set up and manage follow-up tasks and activities in Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure timely communication with leads and customers.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales lead by prioritizing key opportunities, organizing their workflow, and ensuring follow-up tasks are completed effectively.
• Lead Qualification: Gather insights from prospects to qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and document their needs and challenges.
• Technical Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our SaaS platform to confidently address technical inquiries and explain product capabilities to prospects and customers.
• Upselling Opportunities: Identify upsell opportunities with existing customers and engage them to promote additional products or features.
• Customer Success: Support customer onboarding, relationship nurturing, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison between prospects, customers, and internal teams to meet technical and operational needs.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience using Dynamics 365 CRM, including managing sequences, setting up workflows, and supporting sales processes.
• Strong technical background and ability to learn and articulate product features with confidence.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on task prioritization and follow-ups.
• Proven track record in managing inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
• Comfortable making cold calls to prospects and customers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in SaaS or similar technical roles preferably.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work standard business hours in the US Pacific Time zone.
