Description:
We’re looking for a friendly, persuasive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage leads, nurture client relationships, and support our sales efforts. If you’re someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a structured system, and has experience using CRMs (especially Maid Central), we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming leads and follow-up via text, email, or phone

Pre-qualify leads based on our criteria and guide them toward booking

Nurture cold leads and win back former clients

Schedule appointments and manage the calendar

Enter notes into CRM (Go High Level/Maid Central) and maintain accurate records

Follow up with quotes and estimate requests

Upsell/cross-sell services when appropriate

Ensure client satisfaction and timely responses

Support the onboarding of new clients

Skills Required:

Experience in sales, customer service, or client support

Excellent written and verbal communication

Friendly, professional, and persuasive

Organized, efficient, and tech-savvy

CRM experience (GHL preferred, but training available)

Comfortable handling objections and offering solutions

Hours:
Part-time (15–25 hours/week), with opportunity to grow
