Sales & Business Development Coordinator
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Central Time (Winnipeg, MB)

VersaPile Inc. – a Canadian leader in helical pile foundations for clean energy, telecom, and Indigenous infrastructure – is hiring a Sales & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team!

We’re on a mission to lead the clean energy transition while being an ally to Indigenous communities and delivering long-term value for clients across Canada. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting a high-performance sales team from behind the scenes, this role might be for you.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
As our Sales & Business Development Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our sales and BD efforts running smoothly. You will not be customer-facing, but your work will help drive relationships and revenue.

You will:

Conduct lead generation and prospect research using online tools and directories

Maintain and update our CRM (Odoo) with precision and accuracy

Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the Sales & BD team

Prepare follow-up emails, case studies, and outreach messaging

Write and schedule LinkedIn posts to support business development efforts

Assist with the creation of marketing and sales materials (presentations, decks, reports, etc.)

Monitor and organize inbound leads and prioritize them for follow-up

Support ongoing client relationship management and data integrity

Help track and report on KPIs related to sales and BD performance

???? What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales support, lead generation, or business development coordination

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong research, organizational, and follow-through abilities

Experience using CRMs – ideally Odoo, or a strong ability to learn new systems quickly

Confidence with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and productivity tools

Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace

Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full-time (40 hours/week) during Central Time (Winnipeg) business hours

???? Bonus if you have:
Experience in construction, energy, utilities, or a related field

Familiarity with Canadian or North American markets

A creative eye for visual content and social media engagement
