As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing CRM systems, and coordinating sales processes. You will be the backbone of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. An understanding of automation tools and CRM platforms is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless sales processes.

Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all sales data is accurate and up-to-date.

Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relationships.

Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for the team.

Assist in generating quotes, invoices, and contracts for clients.

Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to streamline operations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation where possible.

Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure all documentation is completed.

Assist with scheduling and organizing sales meetings, calls, and events.


Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to streamline sales processes.
