Join Our Team as a Sales Support Virtual Assistant!
Location: Remote
Hours: Full Time (20 hours/week for 60 days, then Full-Time)
Compensation: $5.00-$7.50/hour

What You’ll Do
As a critical part of our team, you’ll handle tasks that keep our sales process smooth and efficient.

Your Responsibilities:
- Estimate Creation: Prepare accurate job estimates using tools like JobNimbus and SumoQuote.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries within 1 hour and provide regular updates.
- Project Support: Track job details, submit PO's, and register warranties.
- Data & Reporting: Log leads and generate reports on estimates and follow-ups.
- Sales Enablement: Conduct virtual quote presentations (as needed) and manage automated follow-up campaigns.
- SOP Development: Help refine and document processes for greater efficiency.

Experience in roofing, construction, or estimating.

What to Expect
Onboarding Timeline:
First 2 Months: Focused training on estimating, client communication, and processes.
By Day 30: Confidently creating basic estimates (roofing, gutters, siding).
By Day 60: Fully independent, supporting our sales team seamlessly.
