This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t wait for bookings to come in—but actively goes after them. You will be the one ensuring no lead is left behind, engaging potential guests, and using strategic follow-ups to turn interest into confirmed stays.

Who You Are:
• A closer—you know how to persuade, follow up, and seal the deal with confidence.
• A hunter—you don’t wait for guests to book; you chase after them and secure the reservation.
• A master of urgency—you know how to create a scarcity mindset that encourages faster bookings.
• A proactive communicator—you pick up the phone, send the extra follow-up, and make things happen.
• A customer service expert—you balance warmth and salesmanship to build trust and close the sale.

What You’ll Do:
• Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings by actively following up via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Chase warm leads—don’t wait for guests to dUpgrade to see actual info, but gently push them toward a booking decision.
• Engage potential guests with compelling communication that builds trust and urgency.
• Strategically price and position listings to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure smooth guest handoff after closing.
• Track and analyze booking trends to improve conversion rates.

What You Bring:
• Experience in sales, reservations, or customer service (preferably in hospitality or vacation rentals).
• A strong track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Confidence in proactive outreach—you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and follow up.
• Excellent persuasive communication skills—you know how to craft compelling sales messages.
• Tech-savviness—familiarity with property management systems (Guesty preferred) and booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Upgrade to see actual info).
• Fluent English (written and verbal) with a solid grasp of sales psychology.
