We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative – Lead Closer with strong expertise in Zoho CRM, sales sequences, and outbound strategies. In this role, you will proactively engage with potential clients, nurture relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships through structured outreach.
Experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Lead Management: Initiate and manage contact with warm and cold leads via phone,
CRM & Sales Sequences: Utilize Zoho CRM to track, manage, and optimize sales activities, ensuring structured follow-ups and conversions.
Consultative Selling: Present and explain our services clearly, addressing client pain points and positioning our solutions effectively.
Follow-ups & Closing: Systematically nurture leads, overcoming objections and negotiating terms to close deals successfully.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Zoho CRM, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead conversion, and closing deals.
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, including sales sequences, automation, and reporting.
Experience handling high-volume outreach and managing follow-ups effectively.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
Experience in the vacation rental industry (a plus).
Previous use of automation tools to streamline sales workflows.
