Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily prospecting and cold calling to identify and engage commercial property owners.
- Present and promote our property management services to potential clients.
- Secure commitments for proposals or set up direct connections between prospects and the closing team.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to closing.
- Track and report outreach activities, including call outcomes and lead statuses.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred.
- Strong phone communication skills with a confident and persuasive tone.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting outreach targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads and manage outreach efforts.
