**Description**: We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an outbound sales specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at prospecting, and possesses a strong ability to build relationships with potential clients. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers to onboard them onto our platform.
**About the Job**
- Your primary responsibility will be to drive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, cold
- Research and identify high-potential leads through various sources such as online directories, LinkedIn, and lead generation tools.
- Use prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, and Smartlead to source leads, build targeted outreach lists, and drive engagement.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders, clearly communicating the value of our offerings and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies, enhance messaging, and refine the onboarding process.
- Track and manage all outreach activities, conversations, and progress using CRM software, ensuring detailed documentation and follow-ups.
- Work U.S. EST hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST), with flexibility based on outreach effectiveness.
**Skills & Qualifications Required**
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales and outbound cold-calling experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to conduct effective prospecting and generate leads using cold outreach techniques.
- Strong experience working with major CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to track, manage, and optimize outreach efforts.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a clear and confident speaking style.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving targets and goals.
- Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development is a must.
